What happens when the 30-day free trial ends?
Your team moves to the Basic plan, unless you cancel first. Nothing is deleted. On Basic you can see the last 60 days of memory; the rest comes back the moment you upgrade.
What is a seat?
A person on your team. All of that person’s agents are included, in whichever tools they use.
Which tools work with it?
Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Claude’s Cowork and chat sessions. Any ChatGPT chat. And anything else that speaks MCP.
Where is our memory stored?
KoalaFix hosts it for Basic and Premium teams. Enterprise teams can keep it in their own database.
Can we change plans later?
