A managed seat covers one named employee or contractor, one Microsoft identity and up to two Windows devices in one Microsoft 365 tenant.
Each enabled named employee or contractor counts. If several named people share one computer, each person counts separately. Disabled leavers stop counting.
An unassigned shared Windows device counts as one additional managed seat. Service accounts do not count unless your Order says otherwise.
An additional tenant needs separate scoping and treatment in your Order.

Yes. Paid Business subscriptions start at two managed users: A$78 per month excluding GST, or A$748.80 per year excluding GST when paid annually.
Paid additions start after prorated payment. Reductions take effect at your next renewal, provided active managed users plus pending invitations fit within the new quantity. We do not automatically remove users for you.
Yes. The change takes effect at your next renewal. Annual billing is paid upfront and is 20% lower than twelve monthly payments.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no cancellation fee. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the agreement or law requires it.
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Applicable GST is added. Invoices carry our ABN, 99 696 245 959.
No. Founding offers and the annual discount do not stack. Your Order will show the applicable offer, its expiry and the later renewal price before you accept.
