Billing questions.

What counts as a "seat"?

One active user on your M365 tenant. Shared mailboxes, service accounts, and guests don't count. Seats free up immediately when someone leaves.

Are there any hidden or usage-based fees?

No. Flat monthly price per tier, and we cover AI usage costs. If your team's usage spikes, your bill doesn't.

What happens if I go over the seat limit?

No overage fees. We email the admin to confirm an upgrade. Until accepted, new seats see a "seat limit reached" message at sign-in. Existing seats keep working.

How long until we see results?

First automatic fixes within day one: OneDrive sync, printer, Teams login. Fewer interruptions on your calendar becomes noticeable within the first month.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Yes. Just email support. Upgrades are immediate with prorated credit; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month.

What about tax, currency and invoices?

AUD, GST exclusive. Australian customers pay 10% GST on top; invoices carry our ABN (99 696 245 959) and are BAS-ready. Non-AU customers get invoices in AUD with no GST.

Where does my data live?

Supabase Postgres in Sydney (ap-southeast-2). AWS handles routing. Full details on the security page.

Not yet. If you run an MSP and want to resell KoalaFix, email support and we'll talk partner billing.
